Will Repair restore missing pages?
No. It rebuilds file structure (cross-reference tables and streams). Pages that were never saved, or a file that is mostly empty, cannot come back.
Should I repair a PDF that already opens?
Usually no. Use Organize or Compress instead. Repair is for files that will not open or that other tools reject as damaged.
